Electronic signature
Remote Sign System EU Certification under eIDAS Signature, Seal & Timestamp
Remote Sign
Electronic signature as a remote service for employees and customers
Remote Sign is a modern and secure solution for electronic document signing directly from your own applications. With a centralized system using qualified certificates, signing becomes easier and fully compliant with legal regulations.
Remote Sign enables electronic document signing through a central service, eliminating the need for physical tokens or smart cards for end users. Everything happens securely on the server, where your certificates and keys are protected.
The system is certified for creating the highest level of electronic signatures in accordance with the EU’s eIDAS regulation.
An organization can act as a signature provider for other entities—such as subordinate authorities, branches, or customers.
The system is deployed inside the organization, ensuring that no documents leave its internal perimeter.

Certified SAM Module
At the core of the solution is the certified SAM module, listed in the EU Trusted List as a Qualified Signature and Seal Creation Device (QSCD): Monet+ ProID SAM for remote electronic signing and sealing.
- Generates and activates the signature key
- Creates signatures on behalf of the signer
- Validates correct signature authorization (SAD – Signature Activation Data)
Signer Server
The Signer Server is a standalone component that generates various types of electronic signatures. It operates between the user and the physical server where cryptographic keys are stored.
When a user wants to sign a document, the Signer Server requests a certificate from the physical server (SAM module) for the signer and generates signatures in the required formats.
