We were honoured to be part of a major project that is driving a digital revolution in the delivery of driving licences and digital tachograph driver cards in the Czech Republic through a nationwide network of pick-up points and parcel boxes.
As of 1 July 2025, citizens of the Czech Republic will be able to apply fully online for a driving licence or a digital tachograph driver card and receive it digitally with delivery to one of more than 10,000 pick-up locations and boxes across the country. No more waiting in line at the office. This marks a major milestone in the advancement of modern digital public services.
A key pillar of this digital transformation is the production and integration software.
Our development team delivered modifications to
- the production (personalization) system for driving licences and the production (personalization) system for digital tachograph cards
- the Digital Tachograph Information System
- integration with logistics and distribution systems
Thanks to the solution provided by Monet+, the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic (via the State Printing Works of Securities) is able to efficiently produce and deliver thousands of driving licences and digital tachograph driver cards every day.
